How long is the processing time?
All press on sets are pre-made and hand painted by hand, once you place your order it will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
Where do you ship to?
I currently only ship within the UK and USA
How long is delivery?
Delivery is by Royal Mail, please check below for estimated delivery times:
UK (mainland)
Royal Mail 1st class - aim to deliver next working day
Royal Mail 2nd class – aim to deliver within 2-3 days
Royal Mail 1st class Signed for – aim to deliver next working day
USA
International Standard and Tracked - 7 - 10 working days
My order says delivered but I haven’t received it, what can I do?
In cases like this, firstly check with neighbours for your parcel and that you put the correct address when you placed your order. If you are still unable to locate your order, please send an email to tamedbyj@gmail.com and I’ll be able to help you. Responses are made within 24-48hrs.
General questions
What is the difference between the sets?
Each basic set will come with 20 nails. This will give you enough nails of the correct size to suit your natural nails. If you are ordering a made to order, please refer to the sizing guide as sets only come with 10 nails. Here it will guide you step by step on how to measure your nails. It is advised you order a size chart kit if you are still uncertain.
What Nail adhesives do you offer?
There are two options for nail adhesives. You have the option of nail glue for a stronger, durable hold lasting 2 weeks or more with the correct care. Nail tab adhesives is also a great option for temporary use. Perfect for those who can't or simply don't want to wear nails 24/7.
Do you offer custom sets?
Yes, Custom sets are available to order. All you have to do is send over your inspo images or moodboard you might have. Once all details are finalised between us, I’ll go ahead and make bring your vision to life. Please allow 7 days for turnover time.
